Google collaborated with Sprint to launch its 4G variant of its Nexus S. With this deal, there is an interesting update, Sprint customers would love to know. they would have their mobile number as Google Voice number or vice versa. So, now their voice message can be transcribed and international calling will be cheap as the calls can be made on Google Voice through Spint. We have Google Voice app on Apple and Android devices. However, they dint have good customer rating on international calls. Lets see what 4G mobile has in store for us all.

Goolge's Android Remote Kill Switch
Now google has control over our devices as well. the recently developed and yet to deploy, Android Market Security Tool March 2011 does it all. It removes the malicious apps which create security holes and send out the users data and pumps in new code that monitors devices about any such kind of activities. So, Google is using its own backdoor strategy to kill the backdoor exploits.

iPad2 Effect on Samsung
iPad2 started affecting on its competitors. Glalaxy Tab10.1, a purveyor of Andriod 3.0, is rethinking on its pricing and the design. More actions awaited from other competitors. So, now, what Jobs said is right? 2011- Year of Copycats???.
According to executive VP Lee Don-Joo, "improve the parts that are inadequate." We don't know what those are, specifically, however he notes that "Apple made [the iPad 2] very thin" and also goes on to say that Samsung will be rethinking its pricing strategy with the Tab 10.1. It was originally going to cost more than the 7-inch Galaxy Tab, but in light of Apple's new product, Samsung might have to cut into its profit margins... or maybe even forgo profits altogether to make its new Tab a success.

Growth Scope for Smartphones and Tablets
Latest Data from investment bank RBC Capital gives a ray of hope for late entrants in Smartphone arena, Nokia and Tablet arena, HP. The data shows that there will be an increasing demand for Smartphones and Tablets. The total #of PCs are at 1270 million against the current Smartphone and Talbets are at 394 million. Still, having the market untapped in lot of geographies, every manufacturer and service provider has an opportunity to cash in. So, Nokia and HP, its never late, if you have already reacted.

Andoid achieves US Numero Uno Position
As most of the predictions of 2010 said, Android attained No 1 Position in the SmartPhone OS with 29% of US market share. Nearest competitors iOS and RIM are at 27% each. Going forward, having so many devices yet to come to market, the fight among these biggies will be an interesting affair.
